AUSTRALIAN FELT ART – ANDERSON’S INLET – SOLD
$135.00
Australian felt painting – Anderson’s Inlet. A beautiful but dangerous part of the coast. The inlet is very close to Bass Strait in the right hand side distance. Often times the inlet is nothing more than a roiling mass of extremely strong currents. Today though, the tide slowly going out and the water was as smooth as glass. However, we could see a strong current moving a lot of water very quickly. The first sandbar appeared. I could see Point Smythe on the other side of the inlet as parts of that coastline caught the emerging sunrays. The sun poking through the wispy clouds reflected on the water and on sea shell remnants on the shore. A truly beautiful and memorable day of perfection that cost nothing to appreciate, yet was priceless.
